It is sent to the WhatsApp number you gave at the counter, as soon as the pathologist signs it.

I lost my report. Can I get it again?

Yes. Scan the QR code on the bill or on any copy of the report to download it again. If you have neither, message us on WhatsApp with the name and the date of the test. There is no charge.

How long are reports kept?

Your results stay in our laboratory system, so we can send an old report long after the test, and put an old value beside a new one.

Can someone else collect my report?

Reports are given to the patient or to whoever gave the sample. If someone else is collecting, tell us at the counter beforehand.

How it works

From sample to signed reportనమూనా నుండి రిపోర్ట్ వరకు

1. Your sample is labelled at the counter and carries that identity through the laboratory.

2. It is run alongside control samples of known value, on calibrated instruments.

3. A consultant pathologist reviews the result and signs it.

4. The signed report goes to your WhatsApp. Nothing is sent before it is signed.

5. If you gave one sample for several tests, each result is sent as it is signed — you do not wait for the slowest one.

Reading it

Understanding your reportరిపోర్ట్ ఎలా చదవాలి

Every result is printed with its reference range next to it, meaning the band of values expected in a healthy person. A value outside that band is marked in words, not only in colour.

A value outside the range does not by itself mean something is wrong. Ranges vary with age, sex and pregnancy, and your doctor reads the number alongside your symptoms and history.

Every report and every bill we issue carries a QR code. Scanning it opens the document from our own system, which does two things: it confirms the report is genuinely ours and has not been altered, and it lets you download a fresh copy whenever you need one.

That matters when an insurer, an employer or another hospital asks for proof. They can check it themselves without ringing us.

Your earlier results stay in the same system, so a value from two years ago can be put beside today's.
