Most diagnostic centres send you elsewhere for the doctor, and most clinics send you elsewhere for the test. Here the consulting room, the collection room, the X-ray room and the laboratory are in one building at Chintal — so the consultation, the blood draw and the scan happen in one morning.

The samples do not travel. They are run in our own NABL-accredited laboratory here, not couriered to a processing hub across the city overnight. That is why a report signed the same afternoon is ordinary rather than a favour.

You are not sent back for a second opinion on your own report. If a result needs explaining, the person who can explain it is upstairs. The four consultants are here, with their qualifications and registration numbers printed.

Prices are published before you arrive. The full rate card is on this site, the same at both centres.

The consulting rooms are at Chintal. There are no consulting rooms at Balanagar — that centre does blood tests, X-ray and ultrasound.

A test or scan ordered during a consultation can be done at either address, and the CT scanner is at Chintal.
