- Hip pain that shows up when you walk or lie on that side
- A sports injury — a twisted knee, a shoulder that has come out
- Back and neck pain, with or without pain running down a leg

- A second opinion on a knee or hip replacement somebody has recommended

A painful knee starts with a standing AP and lateral X-ray. Vitamin D and calcium come up constantly here, and uric acid and RA factor separate gout and rheumatoid arthritis from wear-and-tear osteoarthritis.

X-rays are taken and read in the same building, so you walk into the consultation with the films already there instead of booking a second appointment to show them.
The laboratory is ours. Samples are run in our own NABL-accredited lab in this building rather than sent to a city-centre processing hub overnight, which is why a report signed the same afternoon is normal here.
Your report goes to your phone. Each test is sent as it finishes rather than held back until the slowest one is done, so you are not making a second trip to collect paper. Every report and bill carries a QR code that opens the verified copy and your history — how that works.
Prices are published. The full rate card is on this site, the same figure at both centres, and it is the figure you pay at the counter.

- Do you do MRI?
- No. We have X-ray at both centres and CT at Chintal, and no MRI. If a scan is needed, the consultant will say so and where to have it done.
- Is surgery performed at Sobhana?
- No. Dr. Malladi consults here; joint replacement and arthroscopy are done at the hospitals he operates from.
- I need pre-operative tests before a surgery elsewhere.
- Send us the list on WhatsApp. Pre-op panels are run here routinely and the report goes to your phone and to the operating hospital.
