Children and newbornsపిల్లల వైద్యం
A paediatrician and neonatologist for children from the first day of life. The lab and the X-ray room are down the corridor, so a child who needs a blood count rarely leaves and comes back.

What brings people in
When to come inఎప్పుడు కలవాలి
- A newborn who is yellow, feeding poorly, or not putting on weight
- Fever that has not settled in three days
- Cough, wheeze and breathing that looks like hard work
- Loose motions and the question of whether a child is dehydrated
- Growth and weight that the family or the school has flagged
- Vaccination schedules, including catch-up for a child who has fallen behind
You do not need a referral, and you do not need an appointment to have a test done. If you are not sure whether this is the right department, send us a message and describe the problem.

A febrile child is usually a blood count and a urine test on the first visit, and dengue or typhoid only when the fever pattern warrants it.

Why here
Consultation and tests in one visitఒకే చోట డాక్టర్ మరియు పరీక్షలు
A blood count on a child takes one small tube and the report is back in a couple of hours, which means a fever seen in the morning can be explained the same morning rather than at a second visit tomorrow.
The laboratory is ours. Samples are run in our own NABL-accredited lab in this building rather than sent to a city-centre processing hub overnight, which is why a report signed the same afternoon is normal here.
Your report goes to your phone. Each test is sent as it finishes rather than held back until the slowest one is done, so you are not making a second trip to collect paper. Every report and bill carries a QR code that opens the verified copy and your history — how that works.
Prices are published. The full rate card is on this site, the same figure at both centres, and it is the figure you pay at the counter.
Asked often
Questionsప్రశ్నలు
- How young a baby will the doctor see?
- From the first day. Dr. Kota holds a DrNB in neonatology from the Fernandez Foundation and is NALS trained and a certified NRP trainer, so newborn problems are his own subject rather than a referral.
- Can my child have blood taken here?
- Yes. Paediatric samples are drawn in the same collection room, with a butterfly needle and the smallest tube the test allows.
- Do you give vaccinations?
- Ask us before you travel. Cold-chain vaccine stock changes and we would rather tell you on WhatsApp than have you make the trip for nothing.
